Clifton High School was pleased to welcome back the Yellow-Lighted Bookshop this week for another book fair in the Room to Question (formerly the Beech Room).
The fair was open to all pupils, parents and staff offering a variety of wonderful publications for children of all ages. Highlights included a range of Christmas volumes, re-issues of classic novels and a selection of titles illustrated by world-renowned artists, as well as dozens of novels by popular authors such as Katherine Rundell, David Walliams, Michael Bond and Piers Torday.
Nursery-Year 6 children enjoyed their visits during the school day with their class while parents and senior pupils dropped in after School. A successful event to promote reading for pleasure; many thanks to the Yellow-Lighted Bookshop!
